SeeSign Construction (Pvt) Ltdwas incorporated in November 2010 with a view to undertake the Civil Construction related projects separately. We have so far undertaken some key projects in different parts of the Country and gained the industry exposure for more than a decade. Our Civil Engineering Division comprise of a well-defined organizational structure with a dynamic team working as AutoCAD Draftsman’s, Architectures, Quantity Surveyors, Quality Controllers, Civil/Structural Engineers and the Consultants.

Our in-house multi skilled Labour Force add great value to the business and provide us a competitive edge in the Industry. Our workshop, state of the art technologies, warehouse operations and the transportation system play a vital role in meeting the deadlines of the projects. Most of the Interior Projects are naturally extended to cover the Construction works as well. We have been maintaining a strong relationship with the banks while maintaining healthy liquidity position to meet the funding requirements of the Projects of different Scale.

Apartment is one of the latest additions to the group business portfolio and this will soon be utilised in the revenue generating process by renting out the fully furnished apartment for an executive grate client. The management of Interpub Ventures is keen to develop the Residential Condominiums segment strategically when the industry is recovered from the economic downturn.

Even though the adverse economic condition slowed down the growth prospect of this particular business module, the management of Interpub Ventures is of the viewed that the industry will soon recover and regain the momentum. Our fleet of vehicles comprise of Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota C-HR, Toyota Premio, Toyota PRIUS GS Model, Wagon R, Alto K10.

Interpub Apparel Creations

Garment will soon start its operations when the Covid 19 situation return to normal. The main intention behind the Garment operation is to step into the Apparel Industry and look for export business opportunities. Existing network of the group will be utilised extensively to develop business partnerships and turn such partnerships into business opportunities. Our intention is to set up a small scale garment at the first phase and develop the business module gradually.

A strong brand name will soon be introduced and our own branded clothes will be presented to the local as well as the international markets, after successful completion of the sub contracts at the start. We have been compelled to set up a garment factory, following back to back requests from the stakeholders who are attached to the Apparel Business Segment.

Interpub Ceylon Exports

It is obvious that the export sector is going to play the major role in strengthening the economy of Sri Lanka. The Government of Sri Lanka provides an array of benefits to those who wish to embark on an export related business module. Our group general manager comes from the export industry and has a good understanding of the export business module and the international market. Therefore, we will be focusing primarily on most sought after products such as Ceylon Cinnamon, Ceylon Tea, Coconut Related Value Added Products, when it comes to the export market opportunities available for Sri Lanka other than Apparel.

Our intention is to extend the territory of our business to the international market and the export business module is to be developed by means of business partnerships and strong international marketing campaign. We are main into the Organic Agricultural Products and the Apparel will also be added to the list offers. We are now in the process of registering with all the key institutions such as Sri Lanka Export Development Board, Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Customs and the Coconut Development Authority of Sri Lanka to name a few.

Digital Printing

Digital Printing Project is still at the conceptual stage and the arrangements have already been made to set up the Digital Printing Business with CNC Machine to add value to our existing clients. One of the main purposes of this particular business module is to save the cost internally and also to function as a Strategic Business Module to attract new clients and the revenue streams.
